We collect the answers you give, your email address, an optional photo, and payment details handled entirely by Stripe (we never see card numbers).

We use your email to send the order confirmation, up to three reminders if you started a song and did not order it, the delivery email, and one email a few days later asking how the song landed. Reply to any of them to stop. We only share a reply on our site if you tell us we can.

We use Meta's pixel to measure whether our ads led to an order. It receives page views and purchase amounts, never your answers, your pet's name or your photo.

We use PostHog to see where people get stuck on this site: which pages they view, which step of the form they leave on, and recordings of scrolling and clicks with every word and every typed answer hidden. It never receives your answers, your pet's name or your photo.

Audio and photos are stored with Vercel, data with Neon, email is sent with Resend, site analytics run on PostHog, and songs are rendered with ElevenLabs and lyrics with Anthropic. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

To delete your data, reply to any email from us. Memorial pages are removed on request.
