Any last questions?

Everything you need to know before you press the button.

Will it sound like them, or like any pet?

It's written from your answers: what they did every day, the one thing only they did, and what you'd say to them. The more specific you are, the more it sounds like them. Put their nicknames in too.

Will you get their name right?

A person listens to every song before it's sent and checks the name first. If it's still sung wrong, reply and we'll fix it.

Why does it take 7 days?

Because a person listens to every song, start to finish, before it goes out. Need it sooner? Choose 24-hour delivery when you order.

Do I pay extra to download it?

No. The download and their page come with every song.

What if it does not feel like them?

Reply to the delivery email and a person re-runs it once, free. If you change your mind within 30 days, reply to your order email for a full refund of the song and the lyric sheet. Priority delivery is the one exception: it is refunded only if it arrives late.

Do I have to listen right away?

No. The link never expires. Play it when you want to.

Can I make one as a gift?

Yes. Answer what you know about their pet, or ask their person for one daily habit and one thing only that pet did. It comes to your email, so you choose when to share it.

Does it work for cats and other pets?

Yes. Pick cat or other on the first screen and the song is written for them.

Can two pets share a song?

Each song is about one pet, so their name can carry the chorus. For two pets, make two songs.

Will my pet's name and story stay private?

Only you and whoever you send the memorial page link to. The page is public at its address, like a shared photo album.

What happens after I order?

You pay with Stripe and get a receipt. We write the lyrics from your answers and make the song in the sound you picked. A person listens to the whole song and checks their name. Then it arrives by email with their page: in 7 days, or within 24 hours with Complete.

What do you do with what I tell you?

Your answers are used to write the song and nothing else. They go only to the services that write the lyrics and make the music, never into ads. Reply to any email and we delete everything.

Is it made with AI?

Yes. An AI writes the lyrics from your answers: their name, their habits, one more thing you'd say to them. An AI music model sings them in the sound you picked. Then a person listens to the whole song and checks their name before it's sent.

What can I do with it?

Almost anything, including commercial use: play it, share it, post it, put it in your own videos, upload it to streaming services, sell it. The one limit is film, TV, radio and video games. We grant you that license for good. We do not transfer a copyright in it, because a generated song has none to transfer.
